Patrick Anderson, Lead Educator at Project CBD
Project CBD was founded with the vision of demystifying information about cannabis medicine and therapeutics. By bringing clarity and healing via content that is easy to understand and utilize, we aim to create a world where cannabis empowers people to take an active role in their health. We work tirelessly to become the world’s leading cannabis educational resource.
Project CBD was conceived in 2010 by two journalists who had been covering the medical marijuana story—the science, the movement and the industry—in the pages of O’Shaughnessy’s, the journal of cannabis in clinical practice. Project CBD felt that the reintroduction of CBD-rich cannabis into the grassroots supply merited special attention. The serendipitous reappearance of whole plant CBD in Northern California in 2009 has given doctors and patients a unique opportunity to evaluate the effects of cannabidiol.
Patrick Anderson is a lead educator with Project CBD and a patient consultant at Emerald Pharms, a solar powered medical and adult-use dispensary located in Hopland, California; he embodies the reality that the cannabinoid takeover is upon us.
Fusing a former professional education career with the intention to provide unobstructed theoretical access to cannabis therapeutic potentials, Patrick educates throughout California and the country in dispensaries, condition specific patient centers, senior living communities, and personal consultations with patients.
